Like it or not, you have all showed your resilience, flexibility, and remote working abilities during the last 2 years. Some have lapped it up, some have rejected it, but we all know deep down that the way we work, learn to work, and learn at work! has changed forever.
Feedback from coaching clients has told me that for some, they have a little bit more time (due to lack of work or no commute) on their hands, so they have designated some or all of that as their new ‘learning time’.
